Virtual Training

 

Each new client starts his or her program with an assessment. We go over fitness goals, exercises history, previous injuries/surgeries , and do some strength and mobility testing. With that information, I design a personal training program tailored to your specific fitness and wellness goals. Throughout the course of working together, we will regularly track results and reassess goals to ensure you’re meeting set targets.
