About Iryna
My Background
Exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle has been always part of my life. At the age of six, I started practicing acrobatic gymnastics, and by the age of 12, was a proud member of the the Belarusian National Acrobatic Gymnastics team. My daily 5-hour practice included ballet class, intense stretching, resistance training, and conditioning. During this time, I pushed my body through injuries and limitations, and challenged my mind through goal-setting and discipline. After retiring from gymnastics, I began a career in fitness as a Pilates instructor, and in 2013 became a certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
My Approach
I believe in a full-body approach. In order to achieve your fitness goal, it’s important to focus not just on training, but also on nutrition, your mindset, and regeneration. As a rule, I don’t believe in a short-win transformations. It’s about taking care of your body and mind on a daily basis.
